Merry Seasons offers the convenience of buying them locally when you want them. Which is why we’re committed to bringing you our brands* at prices as close to the international market as possible. Fluctuations in the Australian dollar mean our prices will change from time to time. Any change will remain in line with our Price Promise and our commitment to bring you the best value we can.

Our Price Match Policy is to offer competitive prices and match those of Australian retail stores only. Should you find a lower price for the same product elsewhere, we’ll happily match it provided that:

- The product is identical
- The product's original price | Sale prices are not included 
- The product is in stock at their store
- The tax invoice must be provided within 15 days after your purchase
- Any offers made by Merry Seasons in respect of the product are also identically available from our competitor

Once your price match request is verified and the competitor’s product is confirmed as being in stock and available for immediate sale using the same payment method. Simply inform our friendly team members in store within 15 days after your purchase. 

The Merry Seasons Price Match / Price Promise Policy does not extend to stand-alone online retailers, auctions, fire or liquidation sales, rack, clearance and warehouse outlets. Price matching is limited to stores in Australia. 

*When reviewing prices, Merry Seasons converts the Japanese Yen  / South Korean Won to $AUD using the exchange rate averaged over the relevant 3-month period. Prices are then adjusted within 3 months in stores and online. As the Australian dollar fluctuates, the daily exchange rate following our review may differ from the rates we used for the pricing review. The pricing of our brands is reviewed every 3 to 6 months. If the exchange rate fluctuates by more than 10% in a 3 month period, Merry Seasons may review prices more frequently.
